1.1 The Page People agrees to provide the Customer with the Service on the conditions of this Contract.

1.2 If the Service is to be provided by a date specified by the Customer or The Page People, such date shall be treated as an estimate only. The Page People does not accept any liability for any failure to meet the date.

1.3 It is technically impracticable to provide the Service free of faults and The Page People does not undertake to do so. The Page People will correct reported faults as soon as it reasonably can.

2. CHARGES

2.1 The Customer agrees to pay all charges for the Service as specified in the Contract/Price List as agreed with The Page People.

2.2 Charges are payable 50% at the start of the website and the remaining 50% due upon completion.

2.3 The Page People reserves the right to vary any of the charges for the Service at any time but will give the Customer a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the new charges become effective.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 On completion of work, the website will be uploaded to the client area of The Page People Sever for approval. Upon approval by the client, the website will be uploaded to the clients server. The Page People reserve the right to delay uploading of websites until full payment has been received.

4. TERMINATION

4.1 You agree that The Page People may remove your website from the hosting service if all Fees are not paid in full.

5. YOUR PRIVACY

5.1 All information that you provide to The Page People will be kept private by The Page People and not redistributed or sold to third parties.

6. LOGO

6.1 You acknowledge and agree that a The Page People promotional logo/link will be placed at the bottom of one or more pages within your website.
